Sprouting Jar Kit - 500ml
It couldn’t be simpler to add fresh sprouts to your diet with GoodLife Sprouting Jar Kit. The easy way to grow sprouts in a jar – simply add water.
Enjoy the ease of growing a variety of sprouts in your own kitchen. Have you been growing sprouts and find it frustrating trying to find the time to drain the water out of the jar so that the seeds don't go soggy before they finish germinating? Problem solved with the GoodLife Sprout Lid.
This kit comes with:
1 x GoodLife 500ml glass jar
1 x GoodLife white reusable sprouting lid with stainless steel mesh
1 x Starter envelope of organic sprouting seeds
and an instruction leaflet on how to grow your sprouts!
Pop your seeds in the jar, screw on your mesh lid, fill the jar halfway with water and leave your seeds to soak for a few hours, this activates the seeds. Empty the water from the jar through the lid and give the seeds a really good rinse a couple of times in the jar, shaking as you go. Stand upside down to drain.
Each day rinse with fresh cold water twice a day am and pm, then just flip your jar, give it a good shake to move the sprouts around and get out the majority of the water, stand it upside down on your kitchen bench and walk away leaving it to free-drain and grow. So simple.
In approximately 5 days you will have a beautiful jar full of sprouted goodness ready to feed your family.
Sprouting Jar Kits are a wonderful addition to any family household, and make an awesome gift for anyone of any age.
