Kandle Co Soy Candle - Large
Kandle Co's range of beautifully scented Soy Candles are all handmade and hand-poured in Christchurch. Kandle Co uses 100% soy wax, premium fragrances and pure cotton wicks. The frosted jar with lid can be easily washed in hot soapy water to be re-used for storage of small items.

Please Note: As beautiful as soy wax is, it can be fickle. Frosting and wet spots (where the wax hasn't adhered to the glass) are common in soy candles. Rest assured they do not affect the performance of the candle in any way

I’ve changed my mind and no longer want my item. What can I do?
That’s not a problem at all. As much as we would like you to love our products we realise that this may not always be the case. Please contact us immediately on receipt of goods and we will discuss this with you. You can contact us on 020 4138 1755 or email us at info@shelfhome.com.
Although we are unable to offer a refund in this situation, we may be able to offer you an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for your item to be returned, it must be in an unused and saleable condition, with all packaging still intact.
Goods need to be returned back to SHELF within 14 days of receipt of goods.

What if my goods are damaged or the product I received is faulty?
If any of your items arrive damaged or are faulty please contact us immediately so we can sort this issue for you. As per New Zealand Consumer Law you will be offered a refund, exchange or store credit.
For damaged goods we may require images so that we can chase the matter up with our courier. Once again, goods need to be returned back to SHELF within 14 days of receipt of goods.
How do I complete a return?
We advise that you use track and trace postage as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost packages. Please include a copy of the invoice in with goods for easy identification.
