Stray Willow Facial Masks
Stray Willow's rejuvenating Face Masks are all your skin needs for a fast pick-me-up. The unique and dreamy formula glides on like silk as the moisturising blend of coconut milk and aloe vera powder deeply hydrates and softens the skin. The kaolin clay is also at work to pull out any grime or excess oils from the skin, clearing out those pores, in exchange for a deep infusion of essential vitamins.

Green Smoothie - a blend of Spirulina and Kale extracts, this mask is a superfood smoothie for your face.
Pink Vitamin C - a blend of Quandong, Davidson Plum and Rose, this beautiful mask is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C.
How to use:
Pour the face mask blend into a small bowl before adding small amounts of water, stirring until you have reached your desired consistency. Paint the creamy mixture over your face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 10 minutes while it works its magic. Using wet hands, massage the mask into the skin until a creamy lather has formed. Use a washcloth to remove the mask, and enjoy your restored and glowing skin!

I’ve changed my mind and no longer want my item. What can I do?
That’s not a problem at all. As much as we would like you to love our products we realise that this may not always be the case. Please contact us immediately on receipt of goods and we will discuss this with you. You can contact us on 020 4138 1755 or email us at info@shelfhome.com.
Although we are unable to offer a refund in this situation, we may be able to offer you an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for your item to be returned, it must be in an unused and saleable condition, with all packaging still intact.
Goods need to be returned back to SHELF within 14 days of receipt of goods.

What if my goods are damaged or the product I received is faulty?
If any of your items arrive damaged or are faulty please contact us immediately so we can sort this issue for you. As per New Zealand Consumer Law you will be offered a refund, exchange or store credit.
For damaged goods we may require images so that we can chase the matter up with our courier. Once again, goods need to be returned back to SHELF within 14 days of receipt of goods.
How do I complete a return?
We advise that you use track and trace postage as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost packages. Please include a copy of the invoice in with goods for easy identification.
